1818 McCulloh Street is undergoing a top-to-bottom six-figure renovation. On July 27th, you will have the opportunity to walk-through a luxurious 4-level rowhome. The main level features an open floor plan with a large living room, dining room, and kitchen. The second level features 2 bedroom suites. The top level features the 720 sf Master Suite. It’s akin to a Presidential Suite in the leading hotels of the world. The basement offers a open recreation room, home theater, and of course, a mechanical room. You’ve got to see this amazing home.
McCulloh Street is significant and historic. In 1910, W. Ashbie Hawkins, a black lawyer, dared to purchase a house on the white side of west Baltimore’s unofficial color line when he bought 1834 McCulloh Street (8 houses up from 1818 McCulloh). McCulloh is making a come back. You get to see its resurgence while enjoying some truly amazing art.
Amazing art and a luxurious home. You don’t want to miss this event and such a unique experience.
